Agency 5-Pack ($249): no credits used → full refund within 14 days of purchase; some credits used → $49.80 per unused credit. AskAI Local is the seller; Stripe only processes payments. We issue refunds in Stripe to the original payment method, and any sales tax charged on the refunded amount is refunded with it. After a refund, delete downloaded copies. We may decline repeat abuse patterns. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights where you live.
